Oh good. Also..for the fiance petition do I need to submit a copy of my foreign fiance birth certificate? Or just mine?

Copies of both birth certs are advisable, though your (petitioner) valid U.S. passport ID page can be used instead.

No, for a fiancee visa, the spnsorship docs aren't needed until the Embassy interview.
