Filling I-130 and I-485 Concurrently

I am a US citizen my wife currently lives in HK. Am I eligible to file an I-130 and I-485 concurrently?

If I am able to, this means once she enters the US, she will receive her green card right away?

How long does it take for her to receive the green card after entering the US?

To verify, she will be able to work immediately and also travel outside the US immediately also?

The concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 is only done if the entrant is being processed in the U.S.

Since your wife is in HK, you need only file the I-130 with supporting documents for her to be eventually interviewed and receive her spousal immigrant visa at the U.S. Embassy in HK.
