question about scheduling of K1 interview

My fiancé just got ahold of Malaysian consolate and Ivan only email he paid the fee and we don't know who schedules appointment. We trybut there is no way. Can someone tell me who does the scheduling and how'd owe know wen it is??

The scheduling procedure varies by Embassy. With some it is done online by applicant (or petitioner). With others, the Embassy sends a date when it receives confirmation that applicant is "ready."
