Hello, we just received our second notice of action from the USCIS. I wanna know how long will it take before we receive the letter from the NVC? Is it also possible to just get the case number through phone so we can already start the processing for the interview and medical while waiting for the letter.

After about a month from the date on the USCIS approval NOA, if you haven't received the NVC letter, try calling the NVC to ask for the State Department case number. Call: (603) 334-0700
