  • Best way about applying for K1 fiance visa?

    Hello guys,
I am bout to start the process and apply for K1 fiance visa. I wanted to get some feedback from the guys that have went through the process or are going through it right now.

My main question is, what is the easiest way to apply? I see sites such as http://rapidvisa.com/ etc. has anyone had any experience going through them to complete the process?

What about going with a migration lawyer? What type of costs are involved?

Can you give me process that you used and your feedback on submitting or applying for fiance visa?

    Thank you.

Rapidvisa is about the lowest-cost visa assistance but I've seen complaints about followup support after petition is submitted. In addition, I believe they may use locals for paperwork completion in the Philippines and quality of work may not be that good.

Last I heard, Rapidvisa's base fee is about $300-$400 and average attorney fee is $1,000 - $1,500.

The K1 procedure is relatively simple and only two forms need to be filled out: I-129F and G-325A (along with G-325A for applicant and simple Statement of Intent for each). Do it yourself. The petition package can be put together in about an hour.
