Where should I file from??

I'm going to India in two weeks to get married. I am a US citizen and my spouse to be is an Indian citizen. After getting married, should I come back to America and file for my husband or should I file from the Delhi consulate?

What's the procedure to file from Delhi? Will they give me too much trouble? Is it faster to file from Delhi compared to filing from America?

Whats the best thing to do??

I'm so confused! What should I do??
