Please list what forms are needed to send when I send in for change of status for k1 visa. After we are married. Also when can we get her a social security number? Thanks

For K1 Adjustment of status you need:

1. Vaccination update on form I-639 in sealed envelope.
2. $1,070 fee.
3 Forms I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, G-325A for applicant.
Supporrting docs for all.

Apply for your SSN about 15 days after arrival in the U.S., IN MAIDEN NAME.

When filling out social security application what do we check in the citizen box on line 5 she can't work now but will be able to after she is approved to unless there is something we don't know

The I-131, when submitted with the Adjustment package, is for "Advance Parole," in case one has to leave the U.S while Adustment of Status is in process, in order to reenter the U.S.
