Hello. My fiance applied for the K1 visa almost 3 months ago. And he didn't get an email to let him know that they recieved his application and all the documents. How can we find out why didn't he recieve the email yet or if the package arrieved at the USCIS office? Is there a phone number we can call?
I will really appreciate if someone could tell me. Thank you!

Have your fiance check to see if his check or money order was cashed.
