National Visa Center Process/ Embassy-Consulat

I received a letter from the State Department National Visa Center that my petition was forwarded to the Consulate in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Will the Consulate in Santo Domingo then send my fiance' a checklist of things to do to schedule an interview? Do they set the interview date or is that something she must arrange?

I figured it out

So I finally figured it out after calling the Embassy. It's all online now! No sending of packages to the fiance'. I got it! Now my fiance' has an interview date set.
