    Hi all, hope your all well tonight.

    So I'm now in a panic attack mode. Myself and Finacee sent all our documents off on the 03/16/2015, received 03/26/2015.

    I've gone onto the site to check the status now but says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." When I logged in and added the case it says the case was updated on the 03/30/2015.

    So now I'm panicking that something has gone wrong or there looking for something. Can anyone please help with this? I've sent an email off to my Finacee asking her to ring but I think she's gone out.

    they are incredibly slow to update the case status online. sometimes I wonder why they even have it.

    you are way too early in the process to expect any kind of progress really. My case took a long time to update on the web tracker. It was approved for a week (I received email notification) and the web still showed old status updates.

    You'd have to call to get any kind of information on the current status but they pretty much go off the same tracker you're looking at. Their customer service is utterly and unashamedly useless and powerless to help you in any way shape or form. Just give it time.

      U must calm down. This process from start to finish is taking 8 months or so

        Don't worry! If you received Form I-797C Notice of action and they assigned a SRC# your application is being processed. It took me 6 months before I heard anyting else. Relax!

          On same boat

          it is nearly one month and i get same message "at this time usics ..........". I do not think its error but a substitute message for some action at usics. Should have been a meaningful message any ideas? what probably happens during this time.
