Hello Everyone,
I applied for K1 and gave interview on 23rd March. Unfortunately, my application was lacking AOS (affidavit of support) document and i got 221G letter
.
Before i got this 221G, Interview office told me that i have one missing document and visa will be issued when i will submit the same. I submitted missing document on 27th March.
Since than, i am waiting for their response. I track online and it says, wait fro 2 days from last one whole week (same status). However i read, its max 60 days.
Can anyone suggest me who faced same problem recently that how much time they take to issue visa?
NOTE please: I submitted income tax return of my fiance which though and probably thats why office said visa will be issued. But i don't know when and how much time
I will appreciate if anyone can help me with more information.
