I got my approval notice from USCIS but in letter they have mentioned that the petitioner is not eligible for the status adjustment. What does that means? and also they have sent our case to NVC. Is there any complications in our case or any other reason?

The petitioner shouldn't need a status change, it's the beneficiary that gets a change of status when they are in the country... hmmm. I'll look at mine when I get home and see what mine says.
