    police clearances

    My fiance filed for K1 visa for me recently. We have NOA1 approved and are awaiting NOA2.

    I am looking at getting started on submitting forms for police clearances, since it takes a while to get them. I had lived in the US on F1 visa and H1b visa earlier. Do I need to apply for police clearance for the US or not necessary? Please clarify.
