  • K-1 Visa-Previous marriage and adjustment of status

I am a US citizen. I was married for 8 years and now am divorced from someone who obtained a green card and citizenship through me by filing an I-130 and I-485. There was no K-1 Visa, or I-129f. I am engaged now to another person. He is not a US citizen and lives overseas. I am filing the K-1 visa and question 14 asks if I have filed for anyone else. I don't know if they mean if I have filed the I-129f or K-1 visa or if I have filed any petition. Do I put his information there or not?

Your answer would be "yes," because the question on the I-129F is whether you petitoned or a k1 visa or for a spouse.
