I-129 with or without I-130?

Hi everyone, I have one question only. What is the first step to apply for K1 visa? File the I-129 only or along with I-130?

The first step is to submit an I-129F form for a K1 visa. The I-130 form has nothing to do with K1 fiancee visas.
