K1 fiance visa fee

Hi all,

Ok, I feel like I'm missing something here. What is the amount for which I'm supposed to write my check? I've seen that the filing fee for the K1 is $265 and I've also seen that it is $340. Am I reading outdated information or just missing a hidden fee somewhere?
Also, am I correct in understanding that I write the check out to the US Department of Homeland Security?

Ok, I found the fee is officially $340. So disregard that question.
However, still wondering who I write the check out to. USCIS or Dept of Homeland?
