Police clearance

Hello,

My fiancee needs to obtain police clearance. I wanted to confirm that my understanding is correct. The form says


1-That if the applicant is living in the country of nationality for more than 6 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get police clearance from the local authorities.
2-That if the applicant lived in a different part of the country for more than 6 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get police clearance from the local authorities.
3-ived in a different country for more than 12 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get a police clearance from the local authorities.

My fiancee's nationality is Indian, but she was born and has been living in Saudi all her live except for 2 years in the UK, so my understanding is that she would need police clearance from
1- Her current city in Saudi
2- from the city where she lived in the UK

She only needs one clearance from Saudi right despite living in 2 cities?

The form says that the police clearance letter should cover all the details for the entire period stayed in that area.

She stayed all her life in Jeddah(city in Saudi) and moved to Dammam( another city in Saudi), so does she need a police clearance from both these cities and from the UK?
