Dual sponsorship is that accepted as co sponsorship regarding k1 visa?

Dear People,


Who can help me? I will tell in short about myself. I am Marjolein i am from Holland and madly in love with Michael he is an American citizen. We have been together and we want to spend forever with each other. The problem is that he is disabled and that his income is not enough when meeting the financial requirement to apply for k1 visa. He has been trying to find co sponsors within his family, but his family is not really big and not so close, and no friends want to help. I am very lost, and we miss each other so much that i am physically getting sick and losing weight, and he is miserabel and getting depressed, and now we have a little light possibly. Only the person who wants to help us does not know if they can help us. The person is American-Canadian. Does anybody know if this person can help us based on being dual citizen? And if this person can not help us, does anybody else know where to find a co sponsor? I am desperate, and not fair he can not get me there because he is disabled. It feels like being punished for being disabled. Please comment!! I need help i want to be with my fiancee

Co-sponsors for fiancee visas are allowed only on a discretionary basis, and for a disabled petitioner, parents are the most acceptable co-sponsors.

Having said that, however, your Canadian-American friend must have a U.S. domicile and U.S.-source income to be considered as a co-sponsor.
