Me and my glrfriend are plannign to get married in January. I am currently on H1B visa and would like to update my status once we get married. The problem is that my wife did not file taxes for last three years. She wasn't working at all and we have no tax records for her. Is that going to be a problem?

If she wasn't working, how is she going to support you and provide affidavit of support?
