conditions in my green card.husband threatens to divorce me . plz help!!

Me and my husband got married outside united states.Got my conditional green card approved and i moved to US last year along with my daughter .After two months of marriage my husband became very abusive both verbally and physically .He asked me to leave the house with my daughter ,since then i am living with my relatives in a different state with no job .Almost a year he didin"t support us financially . I tried my best to save this marriage and I made effort to meet him every alternative month to convince him, to live together.
I dont have any proof of the physical abuse except that he apologized for his behavior in his messages and i have that copied in my email and few emails were he apologized for the same . Now he is threatening to divorce me .I have still conditions to be removed from my green card . How do i prove that i entered this marriage in good faith.I dont have any money left to get legal help nor to support me and my son .I am confused how to proceed further.I think i also dont fall into the category of extreme hardship since i can find a job in my country.

my green card expires in march 2016. We have to apply in December 2015 to remove my conditions.

Then you have 6 months to gather evidence to use for an application for a waiver from joint filing of the I-751. If a divorce occurs before then, the divorce will be your basis for a waiver application. Proof of "entering marriage with good intentions" is not enough. To justify a favorable decision, you must have proof of living together and/or mistreatment from your husband. Frankly, living together for two months doesn't give you much to "take to the table."
