I 184 or I 134

I am currently unemployed and using my parents income to meet the requirement for my fiance. However I am confused that whether I should use Form I 134 or I 864 ?/

You need to send your fiancee an I-134 with supporting documents. Your parents can provide co-sponsors I-134 packages, but you must include a narrative explanation for using parents as co-sponsors.
