Hi,
I came to US on fiance visa. My 90 days visa expires by the end of the January. I got married and have filed my AOS application and have received the receipt for it. My question is that the processing time for I-485 is more than 6 months. And as my visa will be expiring in January, is there any document I need to have to be in status? Or the receipt of I-485 is good enough. Please advice.
