Questions about address in G325a and I195f

Hello. I am a US citizen filing for a K1 visa for my fiance in India, who went to The Netherlands for a work project in Aug 2010, for a month. His company rented an apt for him and his friends. Should I include that address in form G-325a under residences? I have copies of his work visa, police clearance and passport.

Also, he has also been to Singapore for a couple weeks, and Iowa for a couple months. But since those were vacations, am I right in not including them on the form?

Lastly on the I-129f, although he was here on vacation last year, for question 15 I've marked "Yes",but left everything else blank, because he's not "currently" in the US. Just wanted to double check that I'm not making any mistakes.

The work apartment counts as a residence. The vacation hotels do not.
