129F question 15 confusion

Hello, im confused a bit on question 15 of the 129F.

On the form for question 15 it says
"if your fiance is currently in the USA fill out the following"
meaning question 15.
She is not currently here, though she has visited.



However the back of the instructions say
"the answers to Item numbers 15e, f, g, h in Part 2 of this form should be in reference to the passport or travel document used at the last entry into the United States"

She is not currently here, but she has been, so if i go by the front, i put nothing in all of 15?
but if i go by the instructions on the back, i do put it according to her last visit?

So since she has visited but not currently here, what exactly do i do for all the items for question 15?

Please read the form carefully.

Questions 15 asks, "Has your fiance(e) ever been in the United States?"

Then, questions 15.a through 15.h asks, "If your fiance(e) is currently in the United States, complete the following:"
