I am a US citizen petitioning for a K-1 visa for my Canadian fiancé. As stated above, I am confused with Part 3, question #4 of the I-129F petition. Reading the paragraph leading into question #4, it is clear to me what they are asking, and none of it applies to me. I do not need a waiver. My confusion comes in the selection of answers. My first reaction is to check the last box that says "Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse" however, if I break that answer down I get confused. My beneficiary is my fiancé and not yet my spouse. Not sure if I should still check that box or just leave question #4 blank. Any insight you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
