Can someone tell me what we do exactly after our marriage to adjust status?
1. Where do we get forms
2. Where do we send forms ?
3. And is it just as effective to do it ourselves, or hire someone??

Get forms from the IMMIHELP forms page or http://www.uscis.gov
Send forms to the Chicago lockbox. See address on the http//www.uscis.gov/forms page for I-485.
It doesn't matter who does it, you or a professional, so long as it's done right.
