Hi all,
My fiancee is disabled and doesn't meet the financial requirement that is asked to get me to America. My hopefully soon to be mother in law asked me the following question:" I want to know Can His and My income combine help with immigration rules to being your advocates?". She means can she count her info with his income and get me to America? That is what she is asking.
I had two other questions. Are there exceptions for people with a disability and disability income when they don't meet the requirements? We can live of his salary, we do not need much. And how can someone income be a guarantee for the upcoming years, if they qualify? They can lose their job etc.
Last question, and I know it is a bold one. And I only ask it out of absolute desperation.
Does anybody know or want to be our co sponsor? we can tell u all about who we are and what our plans are. We have an almost 20 page book made for a co sponsor but we do not know a lot of people. And the people we know don't qualify financially we need help please. We would return the favor if there be a point in life someone needs it too please help us,
