I probably have asked this question before, I get lost. People ask me a lot, can't keep my mind on it either. I apologize if I asked once again.


If my mother wants to borrow me the 35,000 to be able to marry my love and stay with him in America, is that possible? Or does she have to put it in my name? And how long must it be shown on bankaccounts?


One more thing about joint sponsor. How much do they have to make? And what are the requirements and rules we have to think of? In order to have a joint sponsor?

I don't understand. If she lends you the money, won't the money be in a bank account with your name on it? Typically, they like to see 12 months of bank statements (although the regulations do not require this). Absent a history of the money being in your account, they expect an explanation of how it got there.
