    r that. 1st March I send application I-485 and for advance parole.

    4th March I got email that uscis get my application 16th March I got letter that my case is accepted. 30 March I got letter for my fingerprint appointment on 16 April. 26 April I got letter for initial evidence. 1st June I send paper to uscis. 17th June I got my advance parole card. But I am worry because my case status now showing initial evidence need . I have one question my income is low but I got child support with chil support income my income sufficient to support my husband I send uscis all child support documents but my child support income not count in tax .can anyone tell me they will add my child support income . And I wanna ask they send me advance parole card if my income not meet with requirements they can approved advance parole

    I presume you are asking, "would they have issued me an Advance Parole document if I do not meet the income requirements of adjustment of status".
    Yes, they often send AP/EAD to applicants who are ultimately denied adjustment. The AP/EAD documents become void upon denial of Form I-485.

    They will not deny your I-485 for the sole reason of insufficient income, they will instead request more evidence and give you a chance to fix it.
