AOS(864) Help-Urgent
My brother in law have 10K income and he doesnt have enough income for AOS(864) for my cousin sister. He asked me to help with joint sponsor.
My brother in law need to file 864 as main sponsor.
I need to file 864 as joint sponsor.
Does my wife need to file 864-A if she live with me in same house hold with combine 1040(TAX return)? I dont need her support from her income bec I have enough income for support.
Please let me know what forms I need to filed.
