  • I-797E Notice of Action -- Proving we did not meet through an IMB.

Hello! I'm so relieved to have found this forum and am hoping someone can provide some advice. I filed the I-129F in May. Just a few days ago, I received an I-797E Notice of Action. In my application, I had mentioned that my fiance and I met online (through a gay hook-up site called Adam4Adam) but I answered that we didn't meet through an International Marriage Broker (IMB) on the application. Now they are asking for proof that the web site isn't an IMB... does anyone have any clue how I prove that? The web site is FREE. The only users who pay are people advertising a service like massage, photography, etc. The letter says an IMB is any service that "charges a fee" for dating, marriage, etc.The site sounds sketchy, but when you're gay and in Korea, you don't go around asking random people on dates. I'm so nervous our application will be denied. We dated for two years in Korea, but have been long distance for a year as he finishes his military service (just finished this week!)

    Any help is really appreciated.
