Married to an Australian

Ok, I am a single mother of 2 kids living in the USA, and I met my husband online 3 1/2 years ago. Yes we just got married last October here in the United States. He is back in Australia and was wanting to move over here to be with me. He can maybe come over on a working Visa if someone from a job can sponser him, but don't know where to look at jobs like that and stuff. He can also come over here if I sponser him, but I don't think I can do that cause I don't make enough money, he actually sends me money and takes care of me...lol... What else can I do to get him over here fast and become a citizen and start working? Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Can you get someone to be the joint sponsor? He could come on a work visa and file an adjustment of status as well, but that would require someone else jointly sponsoring it as well.
