Hi guys, I'm asking a question for someone.
They require a joint sponsor, their Dad is willing to do this, but he is currently sponsoring another person's visa. i.e. Their process is still ongoing they are not in the US as of yet. The beneficiaries are from different countries, he (the Dad) said he called (not sure who) and was told that he cannot sponsor two different aliens from two different countries.
As far as I know one can sponsor any number of people once you meet the poverty limit and income allows it.
Any precedent that I can relay?
