My husband just completed his interview in Islamabad for the spousal visa. The interview lasted about five minutes, and he was asked around five questions, through a window. Is that normal? I thought interviews were supposed to last 40-60 minutes. The interviewer said his paperwork looked good, and that the interview went well. She said it would take around a month or two to process the visa. I thought it was supposed to take 7-14 days? Why is it taking so long? I'm just hoping it's not administrative processing in disguise.

I don't think the short interview means things aren't going well. Usually they are much longer, but maybe he didn't have any questions and it was a straightforward case.
