  • Does I-129 Have to Go to Texas?

According to uscis.gov/i-129f, the form (a check, form 325, pictures, proof, etc) all to Texas. From reading on this board and others many times, it seems Texas is the worst place to send it. I read about how people there are just denied for no reason by the same person, and others wait months and years. I live in NC. Can I send it someplace closer... and safer?
    Thanks.

Took mine 7 months at Texas. As far as I know this is where you have to send it. I am also in NC

I sent mine to texas as well. I don't think you should send it another state as they might look at your address and reject it and you will have to resend it to texas.

There is only one K1 intake address, and that is in Texas. You have no control over where the K1 petition is subsequently processed.
