If you have the State Department case number for Peru, you can proceed with filling out the DS-160. Options for paying the visa fee, scheduling interview and medical exam vary by Embassy, so check the U.S. Embassy for Peru for specific nonimmigrant visa or K1 steps.

Hi Ray so if I start the application just wait for scheduled interview letter and examination and the rest of paper they ask
Now my other questions is all the information than I sent for my affidavit since last year it won't need to updated they will processes what they have and also do they ask my fiancé for affidavit as well ? Even he is working in peru right now .
Please help me out because I keep calling to NVC they sent they already sent to my fiancé and then when I call to embassy en peru they said still waiting the are behind . I know I have to be very patient but thank you for your response

Each Embassy handles interview setups differently. I don't now how the U.S. Embassy there handles scheduling for interview, but you have to start by reading the nonimmigrant visa instructions on the U.S. Embassy website, then attempting to filll ou the DS-160 IF YOU HAVE THE STATE DEPARTMENT CASE NUMBER (not the USCIS receipt number).

            permanent green card

            Hi
I'm lost on finding more informations about my condition. I married my wife in 2012 and it took 2 years to be granted my visa. I do have a permanent green card and I have been in the states since April 2014, all I want to know is do I get removed from the country for not staying with her for 2 years because it's been ugly and we don't see eye to eye anymore. What happens if I move out , that's what she keeps telling me to do, move out of the house. Do I still stay here or get removed.
            Thank you.
