How to Address Letter of Intents?

Question... I need to address the letter of intents to marry with the K1 form. Do I (in North Carolina) address mine to USCIS, P.O. Box 660151, Dallas, TX 75266? Does she (Philippines) address it to at the same address, since I have to have both mailed in together with everything else?

As I did, I signed my name on the letter of intent, scanned and emailed to my Fiance. He included them with the I-129 package. Did you send them separately? If that, you guys should send at the same time, the same package so they easily review
