My fiancee lives in Singapore and works there. Her homeland is the Philippines. She is returning home by the end of the year because her bosses treat her like a slave, and she is coming here anyway. We have not filed yet because of confusion on what address does she put on the intent to marry (the one addressed to the American location) or on the 325. Any advice? Thank you.

Anyway, I recommend she should read the instruction of Embassy what papperworks she has to bring on her interview. I heard that if someone live outside their country they need the criminal record of that country. I'm not sure about that but she should read to know what they need so she can get it while she is still in Singapore. It's more easily than if she back Philippines then contact them to give her that paper

Yes, she needs a police clearance.
I have read all the instructions but they are so vague in exactly what needs to be put where sometimes.
Are you saying she puts her Philippines address on the 325 right now as by the time they reach her, she already be back there? I have yet filed all this paperwork with the 129 until she gets it all sent to me.

Address where the K1 Visa will be processed
I petitioned my fiancé while he was working in Macau but I put Philippine addresses on my application. Addresses that you put is where the US Embassy she is going to process her Visa Application. After the petition was approved, my fiancé went back home to the Philippines to start processing the K1 Visa but never received anything on the mail from the US Embassy because we did everything online. We beat the system that's why they didn't have to send him anything.
