Hello I'm new here anyone here has the same situation as mine ? I filed a petition for my wife 5 months ago on September 2nd I recieved a notice that my case has tranfered to another office in California, is this a good thing or bad ?will my case take longer to process, should I get a lawyer to help speed up the process, any advices here guys ? And plus my wife is pregnant right now her sued dates in about 2 to 3 weeks .
