Hi, long story short. Im a US citizen. Married to a woman with 3 kids. She already have a tourist visa but my kids dont. We tried to get my kids a tourist visa but it was denied because I am a US citizen and "they would not intend to go back to Mexico". So I filed for her I-130 only to get a 129-F and get my kids a K4 visa (remember that she can visit me anytime). Well, it turns out that the I-130 got approved before the 129F and now my kids are not elegible for a K4 visa (which was the only reason I did all this crap). Now they say that I need to file a I-130 for each kid!. All I want is for them to visit, thats all!, just for a week or two!. I can't wait any longer, it's been 10 months so far. I need help, I do not know what else to do, I don't want to wait a year and also I don't have the money to file individual I-130's... What options do I have?.
