  • Date on Form Issue?

My fiancee (Singapore) does not have access to printer to print anything up. So I have to mail here stuff to sign, but since her employer not know about me (because he makes things hard for her until she leaves) I have to mail things to her sibling in Philippines. Beginning of September I mailed out 325 and a letter of intent for her to sign. The date I typed on the letter is Sept. 30. It is now the 20th. She is going to sign the form and do that passport picture, but I am not going to get any of it for weeks. Then I got to mail it and it will take days for it to go wherever the F129 wants to go. So, are we stuck or will we be okay once the USCIS get my care package in mid-Oct?

So long as the signature dates are "reasonably" current, within a few months, the forms are okay.
