Regarding travelling back and fourth before visa interview. Is this a problem?
Are there any weird rules and regulations regarding going to America to visit my fiancé before my visa interview. I am waiting for my interview letter to come through and am currently not due to go home for a while but will change ticket if needed to earlier.
This isn't going to affect when I can come over on my k1 visa when it does come through after my interview?
What I mean is I won't have to wait a certain time between coming back on a tourist visa and leaving on a k1 visa. I can't see anything on the uscis website....
Please help. I dont want to get caught out.
I'm a UK citizen fiance is a us citizen.
