...she tried to get it but running into difficulties. Father deceased. She forgot when she last saw her mother in June to ask. Her mother lives alone in the mountains of the Philippines (fiancee in Singapore). No telephone or tech and lives long way from any family. No one can reach her. Fiancee's sisters not know either. So the problem is that there are people alive for the interviewer to go, "Well, I can not believe no one knows it and no one can contact her." In my defense, I can not even remember my birthday, let alone my own mother's. People are not made to be like Data (Star Trek: The Next Generation, if you not know him). So, what should we do? She is ready to send me the paper. She leave it blank, or unknown, or spend time and resources trying to find those dates?
