My Fiance left the states before getting married...

I have applied for my fiance to come to the US. She had interview and got the visa. She arrived to the US but within those 90 days limits, her grandmother passed away and she had to fly back to stay with her family and wait out the morning period. I followed her back and we got married in her country few months later.

What are the options we have?

You now have to submit an immigrant spousal petition, I-130, and start over with the visa process.
