  • Divorce and Conditional Green Card

Hello - I married my wife in Jordan on July 3,2013. After I did all the paperwork her visa was approved February 2014. She landed in the United Sates on March 31, 2015. She just received her conditional green card in August because it was lost in the mail and I didn't make the green card payment until after she landed. We are now going through a divorce. She accused me of domestic violence and I got arrested for grabbing her arm. Even though that never happened... There isn't even marks! She also accused me of always being abusive, the things in the affidavit she wrote to try and get two year protective order made me sick. Luckily the judge dismissed that case. She is a liar and an overall terrible person... I even found many pictures of her and some guy after marriage kissing and being really close. All this happened while in Amman while I was in the United States. The pictures are time-stamped and the ring I bought is visible in most the pictures. Right now we are going through a divorce. Adultery is hard to prove in U.S. courts. If I get a non-fault divorce does that mean the marriage is legit? I don't want her to get away with her lies, but I also have a chance of a quick divorce. We have no kids and not a lot of property. This has been a nightmare for me.
