Hello,
I need help what is best and faster way to re-union Family.
I'm a US Citizen last two years, divorced 10 years already with My ex-wife. She live in Europe with my/our child (12 years old girl). After years separation we start seeing each other and things start going well. So we decade to get back together again and re-union our Family. I was thinking to file K-1 visa for my ex as my fiance and when she come here we will have 90 days to get married. Confusing part is how to file for my/our child. With K-1 visa I can file for (K-3 or K-4 NOT sure exactly) visa but she is my child. Should I apply for my/our child separately for petition (My ex-wife has custody on our girl) ....
Please any advice will help, My goal is to bring them together in US at a same time.
