I've been in the US for one year on a temporary green card. Married to American citizen abroad. Had a child in the US. Can my k1 become permanent because my child was born in the US or will my husband have to vouch for me. We are not getting along very well.

"temporary green card", I'm assuming that's the conditional green card (I-551)? if so, when the 2-year green card expires, you'll file the I-751 with the waiver (meaning, that you married bona fide, but didn't get along and you're filing alone).
