I- 797C , Notice Of Action

can you help me ? i have just got an email about Notice Of Action I-797C aand said, that our case has been received by USCIS Office for following beneficiary ( my fiancee) on the list, in process. and they also says, " please verify your personal information list above ( my fiancee name 0 and immediately notify to USCIS National Center phone number listed below if there are any change.

What Does it means ? Anyone ? What should we have provide ? it was only a notification that they already received our petition ?

I-797c means they've received your petition

The I-797c is the Notice of Action (NOA1) which simply means that your petition has been checked for completeness and correctness (your case is now ready to be processed). This only says that you've submitted your petition correctly, your included fees, the signatures are OK, etc.

It doesn't yet mean it's approved. Once they start to review it and process the case, they might come back and ask questions via a "Request for Evidence" (RFE) if anything is missing.

But for now, hang tight because the processing takes (agonizing) time. Until you get a Notice of Action (NOA2) I-797 which means you've been approved. Hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
