I have a question in which I hope you guys can help answer. I am helping my brother get through the process of applying for a K1 visa for his fiance, Astrid in Honduras. We have completed the DS-106 application for his fiance in Honduras, in which the daughter Danessy which is a minor (5yrs old) will be travelling as wellj and is included in the petition. However, the confusion is whether the minor will have to have a DS-106 completed as well? My brother has already paid the k1 visa appointment fee for both which is $265, total of $530. Will Danessy be able to attend the same interview as her mother? What steps do I need to take next? When filing the DS-106 form will it clarify that Danessy is a minor traveling with her mother? I read on "travel companion info" that I am able to prepare a family/group application, i cannot find it. I have called to attempt to verify this information and it seems that nobody really understands my question. Help!
