I am retired military and living in the Philippines. My fiancee and I have a newborn. We don't plan on getting married anytime soon. I want her and the baby to visit the US next Christmas. Should I apply for a fiancee VISA if we are only going to visit my family and then return here to the Philippines? She does not own anything and does not have any money in a bank account.
